Sarah Woods

Sarah Woods founded Woods & Associates in 1987 after having spent a number of years in the agency business, co-founding another agency before starting her own. To this day, Sarah loves helping people find the jobs they need and helping clients find the people they need. That fundamental satisfaction remains, though changes to the industry and to society keep her work extremely interesting. Sarah treasures her countless relationships with people throughout the community and considers herself the luckiest person in the world because she is surrounded at work by friends she loves and depends on. She says, only slightly tongue-in-cheek, “We’ve all worked together entirely too long.”
